• Robert Eden, after having worked in many vineyards of the world, bought in 1997 the Château Maris in Minervois. This forward-thinking winegrower, a strong advocate of organic farming and biodynamics, has built a cellar made of hemp bricks, equipping it with ovoid vats where the wine matures slowly.
