When summer comes, barbecue evenings and grilling with family or friends are a must and guarantee happy moments. To accompany barbecued meat and fish, rosé wine is a fresh, fruity and tasty drink. Find out how to choose your rosé for a barbecue.


WHICH ROSÉ WINE TO ACCOMPANY BARBECUED BEEF?

Beef is a meat with character. It is a good choice for any kind of dish. If it is traditionally accompanied by a rather tannic red wine, rosé wine is also essential to sublimate the flavours of grilled beef. In this case, choose a powerful rosé wine. The wine is made with a grape variety such as Grenache, Syrah or Cinsault.
