WA review : The 2020 Cotes de Provence Rosé under the Château Saint-Roux name is a blend of 40% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre, 15% each Cinsault and Syrah, plus 5% Rolle, all aged in concrete eggs. This medium-bodied rosé shows real concentration and substance, a silky-textured palate and ample length on the finish, where hints of peach, strawberry, dried spices and melon linger effortlessly.
