Château Saint-Roux Le Pigeonnier, Cotes de Provence Rosé, Le Pigeonnier 2020 : 90 / 100
WA review : A blend of 35% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 15% each Mourvèdre and Syrah, plus 10% Rolle, the 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Le Pigeonnier isn’t an estate wine but still delivers ample pleasure. Pale pink in the glass, with scents of strawberries, lime zest and crushed stone, it’s medium-bodied and reasonably concentrated. It finishes long and completely dry, with a refreshing sense of stony austerity.
